Jessica and Bobby’s Engagement at Skyland’s Manor

Ray and I photographed Jessica and Bobby at Skyland’s Manor in Ringwood on a ridiculously cold and windy day. They of corse had the exact opposite problem at their wedding this July. Thankfully they are really into each other, so that always helps make our job easy.

Shannon and Ed are amazingly wonderful people. You may recall their engagement shoot here. As if giving us a bottle of wine to celebrate our engagement at THEIR engagement shoot wasn’t enough, when they came over our place for their album consultation, they gave us a house warming gift! Their wedding was amazing, beautiful, and ridiculously fun. Congratulations Shannon and Ed! Ray and I absolutely adore you both.

Terri and Bob’s Engagement at Batsto

Ray and I photographed Terri and Bob at Batsto Village on an unusually warm day in November. Yes, I’m very far behind on my blogging. I’d love to catch up, but I can’t help but to put current orders in front of the blogs, and I certainly can’t complain about being so busy. Terri and Bob are a very warm and friendly couple. Bob brought his Buick Skylark, which was a fun change of pace for us. I’d tell you the year, but I haven’t a clue.

Debbie and Justin’s Wedding at The Graycliff

Debbie and Justin were married on 11/22/09 at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Ascension in Fairview NJ with their reception at The Graycliff in Moonachie NJ. It was a bit chilly that day but their bridal party willingly endured it for some city skyline photos. Congratulations Debbie and Justin! Ray and I thank you for sharing your day with us.

Unforgettable Dj’s

Unforgettable Dj’s is an awesome DJ company located in Wall NJ. When Ray and I met Chris Garrow at a wedding last year, he was so impressive, I asked him to DJ our own wedding. When Chris called me back and asked us to photograph his team we were flattered. The day was a lot of fun, and they are all a bunch of really great guys. They even laughed it off when the cops showed up and kicked us out of our first location. Whoops.

Kia and Greg’s Engagement at Batsto Village

So it goes without saying that Ray and I had a blast on this shoot. I know I always say that, but we really love our job and our clients, so our shoots are always fun for us (and hopefully for the clients). Kia and Greg are a really great couple that’s been together a long time and still very into each other. When Kia told me that her and Greg were really into quads and wanted to incorporate that into their shoot Ray and I were thrilled. It’s always great when a couple brings something a little different to the shoot.

Deanna and Todd’s Wedding at Radnor Hotel

Deanna and Todd were married on November 7th 2009 at Saint Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Mount Holly New Jersey with their reception at the Radnor Hotel in Radnor Pennsylvania. Debbie and Justin’s Engagement at Liberty State Park

So Debbie and Justin had to reschedule their engagement sitting several times because we kept getting rained out, and then we got so close to the wedding date we had to do the shoot during a day that Ray wasn’t able to make it. To add to that, it was so foggy the day we finally did the shoot that you could barely see the skyline. Better the engagement sitting though then the wedding right? It was weird not having Ray there, but it was also kinda nice to see that I’m still capable on my own. At least I hope Debbie and Justin thought so. Anyway, we took a nice long walk and I got to know Debbie and Justin a bit better, and hopefully we still got some nice images too.

Kim and James Wedding at Seaview

Kim and James were married on 10/24/09. They were married at Zion Lutheran Church in Egg Harbor City with their reception at Seaview in Galloway. They were both so excited about their wedding and their pictures, it was a real treat for Ray and I. It was raining all day on and off, but they didn’t let it bother them in the slightest.

Anna and Tom’s Engagement

Tom is an old family friend, so when he asked me to do his wedding, I was thrilled. Ray and I had such a good time on this shoot, and Tom and Anna took us out for dinner afterwards. We’re looking forward to their wedding this coming Sunday.
